Regional Contracting Coordinator (Junior Level)

Opportunity

As Contracting Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting the Regional Contracting Leader (and Contracting Manager / Executive where applicable) with administrative work on supplier management to ensure supplier information is up to date, accurate and adheres to Discova’s excellent business standards. You will work closely with internal teams to support contract management, product sourcing, supplier relationships and cost savings.

About you

The Essentials :

A bachelor’s degree or 1+ years’ experience in travel or contracting.

Good command of both written and spoken English.

Pro-active and solution-focused, turning problems into a resolution quickly.

Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to adapt and adjust to changes fluidly.

Solid collaboration and communication skills (both verbal and written) across cultures.

Able to work independently but also collaborate in a team environment to help everyone achieve high quality results.

Willing to travel on business when required.

Proficient with Microsoft Office applications and Discova’s systems would be an advantage.
