Job descriptionMonitor the health and performance of Mac systems using JAMF tools, logs, and dashboards, proactively identifying and resolving issues. Conduct regular system checks, updates, and maintenance tasks to ensure smooth operation and minimize downtime for end-users. Collaborate with IT security teams to implement and enforce security policies, configurations, and protocols for Mac devices. Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users for Mac-related issues, both onsite and remotely. Develop and deliver training sessions, documentation, and resources to educate end-users on Mac best practices, JAMF functionalities, and security awareness. Bachelor’s degree Strong knowledge of macOS Operating systems 3 years or more hands-on experience in Jamf Pro administration and management skills Experience with creating / managing Jamf policies & configuration profiles Experience with configuring and implementing PPPC Controls and FileVault Experience with configuring and implementing Zero Touch deployments Experience creating content for deployment in various industry standard packaging solutions. Knowledge of distribution point configuration and how Certificate Authority works Strong scripting skills (powershell, python, bash, etc) QA testing and documentation experience Strong ownership and good communication skills Service minded Excellent communication skills Ability to work individually and as a team Ability to guide, coach and motivate

For our team in Bangkok, we are looking for a Global Technical Escalation Engineer – Mac to help design, manage and support our endpoint management systems.
In this Role, you’ll get to :
Mac Configuration and Deployment :
- Configure and deploy Mac computers using JAMF Pro, including initial setup, software installations, and user profiles.
- Create and manage JAMF policies, scripts, and packages to automate software updates, patch management, and system configurations.
- Implement and enforce security policies, encryption, and access controls for Mac devices through JAMF configurations.
- Manage software licenses and subscriptions for Mac applications, ensuring compliance with licensing agreements and optimizing usage.
