We're looking for an ambitious, bilingual Thai national (or BOI-eligible foreigner) to join our growing team as a Digital Account & Project Manager . 🚀 What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll manage relationships and projects for a mix of B2B, E-commerce, and Hospitality clients—many of them well-known global brands. This role combines strategic account management , digital project coordination , and CRM onboarding .

Your responsibilities include :

🔹 Client Management & Communication

Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships

Be the day-to-day point of contact for client communications and feedback

Ensure clear expectations and structured workflows with every client

🔹 Project Coordination & Execution

Oversee the execution of digital marketing campaigns, CRM implementations, and websites

Track project timelines, deliverables, and team responsibilities using ClickUp

Coordinate internal teams (design, dev, content, marketing) to deliver results

🔹 CRM & Digital Strategy Support

Assist with HubSpot onboarding, training, and basic automation setups

Support inbound lead follow-ups, sales proposal creation, and client pitching

Monitor campaign performance and suggest improvements backed by data

Who You Are

✅ Thai national (or foreigner with BOI support and 5+ years experience)

✅ At least 3 years of experience in project management, digital marketing, or CRM systems

✅ Strong organizational and communication skills

✅ Self-driven, detail-oriented, and comfortable with shifting priorities

✅ Able to think strategically while managing day-to-day execution

Nice-to-Have Skills :

🎯 Previous agency experience

🎯 Familiarity with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, HubSpot CRM

🎯 Understanding of lead generation funnels and marketing automation

🎯 Hands-on experience with ClickUp, Trello, or similar project management tools
