Responsibilities
- Determining the sales strategy, and annual promotional activity plan and conducting promotional activities to support sales teams and partners in each sales channel.
- Analyzing profit-loss, organizing programs in modern trade channels and TT stores.
- Gathering information on sales, distribution, prices, and promotions of the same products in the market.
- Following up on the plan and feedback of the Sales Promotion Plan.
- Following up and evaluating promotional activities and suggesting ways to improve the organization of activities for the sales team and partners in the responsible area.
- Following up and evaluating merchandising at the point of sale, product sorting, FIFO product placement, stock management, special space placement, price tag installation, and promotions.
- Following up and evaluating the results of brewing tasting activities at the point of sale.
- Updating work information in real-time and preparing information for monthly meetings.
Qualifications
Male / Female, 35 years old and up.Bachelor's Degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.Experience working in Trade Marketing for FMCG products for 10 years or more.Negotiation skills and ability to build relationships with partner stores and purchases.Leadership and has experience managing a team.Enthusiasm, high responsibility, able to work as a team.Follow up on work and deliver work within the specified timeframe.Have a good personality, visionary and modern Able to plan strategically.Have calculation skills and am highly analytical.Good skills in using Microsoft Excel to pivot data and prepare reports.
