• Monitor budgets, costs, and operational KPIs to maximize profitability and reduce operational costs.
• Ensure all operations comply with health, safety, and hotel regulations.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and professional development of team members.
• Optimize operational workflows and manage staff performance.
