About the role
We are looking for an experienced MICE Sales Manager to join the commercial team at Radisson Hotels. The MICE Sales Manager will be responsible for driving Meetings, Incentives, Conferences and Events (MICE) business, developing corporate and group accounts, generating new revenue opportunities, and building strong relationships with event planners, PCOs, DMCs, corporate clients, travel agencies, tour operators, and other business partners.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase MICE, meetings, conferences, incentives, weddings, social events, and group business
- Identify and target new corporate and MICE accounts
- Generate leads through networking, client visits, industry events, sales calls, referrals, and partnerships
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and proposal development through negotiation, contracting, and conversion
- Conduct hotel site inspections and property presentations for potential clients and event planners
- Develop long-term relationships with key MICE and corporate accounts
- Develop business from corporate companies, multinational organizations, government accounts, associations, NGOs, and local businesses
- Build relationships with corporate travel managers, procurement teams, event organizers, and decision-makers
- Establish and maintain relationships with DMCs, PCOs, event agencies, incentive houses, travel agencies, tour operators, wholesalers, and destination partners
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual MICE and group sales targets
About you
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Tourism, or a related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in hotel sales, MICE sales, group sales, corporate sales, or hospitality business development
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating new business
- Strong existing network within the MICE, corporate, DMC, PCO, event, and travel trade sectors is highly desirable
- Experience working with hotels, resorts, international hotel chains, or upscale/luxury properties
- Strong understanding of MICE and group business development
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, networking, and account-management skills
- Strong commercial awareness with an understanding of hotel revenue and profitability
- Experience with CRM, hotel sales systems, and Microsoft Office
- Excellent English communication skills; additional local or international languages are an advantage
