Role Overview :

The Senior Admin will play a key role in managing administrative operations, improving internal processes, and supporting leadership with scheduling, documentation, and communication. This is a fully remote position requiring strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and experience in administrative or operational roles.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage executive calendars, appointments, and communications
• Organize internal meetings and prepare necessary materials
• Maintain internal documentation, spreadsheets, and reports
• Coordinate with HR, finance, and marketing teams on operational tasks
• Support project management by tracking deadlines and deliverables
• Handle confidential information with discretion
• Assist with the onboarding and training of new hires
• Improve and document administrative processes and workflows
