Job Description

• Plan and perform routine maintenance work on manufacturing equipment and machinery.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans.
• Optimize production processes and improve production line efficiency.
• Lead and mentor maintenance and production teams.
• Facilitate staff training and skill development.
• Manage costs in maintenance and production processes to stay within budget.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Quality control of production processes to ensure product quality.
• Resolving problems that arise in the production process and equipment.
• Planning and implementation of new equipment installation and production line improvement projects.
• Project progress monitoring and management.
• Ensure safety in the workplace and production environment.
• Analyzes and reports production data and maintenance performance.
• Report problems and suggestions for improvement to upper management.
• Other duties as requested.
