Job descriptionProven experience in a senior sales role , preferably within AI, SaaS, or tech-driven environments. Strong knowledge of B2B sales cycles , especially within retail, logistics, F&B, or manufacturing sectors. Technical aptitude to understand AI solutions and explain them in business terms. Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English . Proficiency in Thai is a strong plus for regional responsibilities. Track record of achieving or exceeding revenue goals. The Role :
- Lead Sales Initiatives : Develop and execute strategic plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Client Acquisition : Identify, approach, and close deals with potential clients across key verticals.
- Relationship Management : Build and nurture strong relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Customized AI Solutions : Understand client needs and propose tailored AI solutions that deliver measurable value.
- Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with Business Development and Product teams to align offerings with market demands.
- Sales Reporting : Provide clear, data-driven reports and forecasts to leadership.
- Mentorship : Guide and support junior team members to foster a high-performance sales environment.
