Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow the existing distributor network while identifying new strategic partners as required.
Drive market expansion through effective business development, sales strategy, and relationship management.
Conduct ongoing market and competitive analysis to identify opportunities, threats, and trends.
Work closely with product and marketing teams to execute strong product positioning and messaging.
Build and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), surgeons, and key hospital accounts.
Support distributors through training, joint business planning, and competitive selling strategies.
Represent the company at conferences, workshops, and industry events to enhance brand visibility.
Skills & Competencies
Strong experience in business development or sales within medical devices or sports medicine.
Proven ability to manage and grow distributor / channel networks.
Excellent market analysis, strategic thinking, and negotiation skills.
