An international healthcare services organization is seeking a Regional Network Manager to lead the expansion and performance oversight of its medical partner network across Thailand. Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain partnerships with hospitals, clinics, and specialist providers
- Conduct commercial discussions and formalize provider agreements
- Evaluate provider performance through audits and service quality reviews
- Resolve operational challenges and support ongoing provider engagement
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams to align billing and service processes
- Educate medical providers on system tools and administrative procedures
- Participate in regional development initiatives to strengthen healthcare access
Requirements
Degree in Nursing, Public Health, Healthcare Management, or a similar fieldProfessional experience in hospital or clinical operations, provider management, or healthcare contracting (5+ years preferred)Deep understanding of healthcare delivery models and medical terminologyExcellent interpersonal and negotiation skillsBilingual proficiency in Thai and EnglishComfortable working independently and managing multiple partnershipsCapable of interpreting performance data and driving process improvementsWilling to travel frequently within Thailand, with occasional international assignmentsWhat you'll gain
