Location : Bangkok, Thailand

Compensation : THB 225,000 - 535,000

Job Highlights

Lead commercial development strategy across key SEA markets with multi-country coverage;

Key Responsibilities

Drive strategic partnership resource planning and development direction alignment;

Build and mentor high-performing teams to enhance professional processes and capabilities;

Oversee core city network planning, development archives, and asset management;

Analyze Thailand's commercial real estate trends and support market development decisions;

Establish strategic alliances and continuously optimize development systems and business models;

Resolve internal / external conflicts with a result-driven approach.

Must-Have Requirements

Bachelors degree or above, 10+ years of work experience, 5+ years in site development;

Team management experience in franchise / chain F&B store development;

Expertise in network planning, strategic alliances, and national development system building;

Strong result orientation, business acumen, and conflict resolution skills;

Extensive F&B development experience.
