About the Role

We're hiring a Sponsorship Manager to lead commercial growth for one of the region's most innovative marketing and gaming platforms. This is an exciting opportunity to connect major brands with a highly engaged digital audience through esports sponsorships, influencer campaigns, and branded entertainment.

Youll be the driving force behind monetizing one of Thailand's leading pro esports teams, while also delivering creative brand solutions that go beyond traditional advertising.

Key Responsibilities

• Close sponsorship deals for a professional esports team using your network and consultative selling approach
• Build and deliver compelling sponsorship proposals and presentations for top brands and agencies
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign delivery, performance reporting, and renewals
• Act as a brand ambassador for the team and digital assets in the Thai market
• Cross-sell related offerings, including influencer activations and branded content
• Meet or exceed quarterly sales targets through strategic planning and execution
• Maintain deep relationships with agencies and brand-side stakeholders
• Stay up to date with digital advertising and sponsorship trends
• Analyze campaign results and use insights to drive future recommendations
