The Opportunity

We seek passionate Ruby-on-Rails lead engineer who are eager for a stimulating challenge and thrive in fast-paced environments. As a part of the founding development team, you will be at the forefront of innovation, playing a pivotal role in shaping our Enterprise Restaurant Operations SaaS solution. You will craft, refine, and optimize our platform using Ruby-on-Rails, ensuring it is robust, scalable, and efficient.

You will tackle challenging problems with creative solutions, from optimizing performance to implementing new features. You'll be fully engaged in on-site work, understanding that innovation doesn’t always happen between 9 and 5. What Will You Do

Strategize : Shape the vision and technical roadmap of our Enterprise Restaurant Operations SaaS solution, driving innovation and scalability across the platform.

Architect : Design, implement, and refine robust, scalable solutions in Ruby-on-Rails, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.

Collaborate : Partner with cross-functional leaders, including product managers and designers, to define and prioritize high-impact features.

Innovate : Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies and tools to enhance performance, security, and efficiency.

Problem-Solve : Address complex challenges with strategic, forward-thinking solutions, balancing technical trade-offs and business requirements.

Commit : Drive the success of key initiatives, adapting to changing priorities and ensuring timely delivery of mission-critical projects.

Requirements

Experience : At least 8 years of experience in software engineering, and a minimum of 5 years of experience in Ruby on Rails (RoR) . Proven track record of building and maintaining complex applications, with a strong understanding of web development principles.

Proficiency with PostgreSQL, Redis for caching and data structure storage.

Strong hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration.

Expertise with AWS cloud services and Terraform for infrastructure

Drive : A hardcore developer mindset, ready to dive deep into code and emerge with solutions.

Adaptability : Willingness to work odd hours and go the extra mile to achieve excellence.

Team Player : Excellent collaboration skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
