Job Description

• Manage repair services, inspection and maintenance work, rental services, and other support activities.
• Schedule appointments with customers through various channels such as phone, email, or others.
• Assign engineers according to the appointment date and time, and immediately notify customers in case of any unforeseen circumstances.
• Clearly explain the details and findings from the inspection and maintenance to customers.
• Manage departmental equipment and tools.
• Inspect and ensure that all tools and equipment are in good working condition.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization within the department.
• Support company operations.
• Provide support for company activities in terms of documentation, services, and other operational tasks.
• Coordinate with customers.
• Communicate and coordinate with customers via telephone or at designated locations.
• Assist and provide accurate information to customers.
• Maintain high service standards and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Supervise and monitor the implementation of assigned tasks according to the central schedule.
• Oversee and verify monthly service inspection reports of equipment.
• Supervise and review repair work.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor and comply with company policies.
