As a Manufacturing Engineer, role and responsibility is to work with manufacturing team to prepare readiness of process and tooling for high volume production.
This will be a hands-on position to support process design, tooling development and validation, process capability and throughput improvements.
There will be collaboration work with design engineers to ensure new designs meet design for manufacturability goals, which may require implement of design changes for sustaining products, resolve technical issues from manufacturing process, and perform failure analysis to seek for optimum solutions in production.
Experience in operating high precision wire bonding machine, die placement, dispenser machine Preferred Qualifications : Experience in Micro-Electronic and SMT environment Experience in operating DATACON, MRSI, …, etc.
