What you'll do:

• Develop and implement strategic procurement plans aligned with Flash Coffee's growth and expansion objectives.
• Identify reliable suppliers and negotiate favourable contracts to ensure cost-effectiveness and maintain product quality standards.
• Continuously assess market trends, pricing, and availability to proactively adapt sourcing strategies.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential suppliers, conducting regular performance evaluations to ensure compliance with agreed-upon terms.
• Collaborate with suppliers to identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation in the procurement process.
• Implement cost-saving initiatives and track their impact on the overall procurement process.
• Oversee and negotiate rates, contacts with domestic transportation and 3PL for monitoring service against performance criteria.
• Monitor and manage import/export process and document related.
• Oversee inventory levels and coordinate with the Operations team to ensure sufficient stock levels at all coffee shops.
• Implement effective inventory control measures to reduce waste and minimize warehouse cost.
• Coordinate directly to Flash Coffee global (APAC) to align processes of procurement and logistics and warehousing management to ensure be effective Supply Chain Management (SCM)
• Lead and mentor a team of procurement professionals, fostering a collaborative and performance-driven work environment.
  

Who you are:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
• Proven experience of 5 years+ as a Procurement Manager or a similar role in the food and beverage industry, preferably in a multi-location setting.
• Knowledge of domestics transportation and inventory management
• Knowledge of import & export is plus
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• In-depth knowledge of procurement best practices, market trends, and supplier management.
• Familiarity with coffee and related products procurement is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficient in using procurement software and tools.
