We are a growing seasoning company currently seeking to develop clean-label blends using only natural ingredients, no MSG, I+G, silicon dioxide, or other synthetic additives. We're looking for the right expert to help us reformulate and create better, healthier seasoning options.
We are hiring one skilled individual who fits at least one of the following profiles :
- Food Technologist / Food Scientist
- Chef
- Flavorist
Qualifications :
Must be able to communicate in basic English.Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Food Science, Food Technology, Chemistry, or Culinary Science is a plus!Proven experience in food formulation, ideally in seasonings, snacks, or saucesHands-on work in a food lab or R&D kitchen, developing or reformulating recipesFamiliarity with clean-label formulation; using natural ingredients instead of synthetic ones (e.g., MSG, I+G, silicon dioxide)Ability to develop, test, and document seasoning blendsOrganized, detail-oriented, and able to work independentlyPrior work in a seasoning or flavor company is a major plus
