Provide regular reporting on progress as required (move, change, support request, and change)
and develop continuous improvement capabilities
Provide after-business-hours support based on the on-call schedule and shift work when required
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred, but we will consider candidates with relevant experience without a degree.
7+ years of experience in Data Center Operations and Data Center Infrastructure management.
Proficiency in handling equipment installation, removal, cabling, and related rack management tasks.
Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities.
Experience with data center design and build-out projects is a plus.
Demonstrable skills in Troubleshooting and providing Technical Support.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective time management and multitasking abilities.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proactive attitude with enthusiasm for learning and teamwork.
Ability to lift 50 lbs.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and balance workload in a dynamic environment.
Strong interpersonal and presentation skills for working with colleagues and clients at all levels.
