Role Summary :
The Graphic Renderer creates / designs artwork and 3D renderings, animations, and visual effects to be used in various landscape projects as well as presentation package to meet customer requirements. This involves creating special effects to match specific briefs using a combination of CAD Drawing, 3D Modelling, 3D Rendering and 2D Graphic skills. This is often a full-time role, but when deadlines are approaching, there may be a requirement to work late or on weekends. Able to work as part of a team independently; work under pressure and with a sense of urgency to meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities :
Produce all landscape architectural, architectural renderings including exterior views, interior views, and related views of the projects.Collaborate with and / or assist Landscape Designers to develop renderings and presentation drawings for landscape projects.Displays original thinking and creativity; meets challenges with resourcefulness; generates suggestions for improving work.Work with internal design team to learn and share design knowledge and techniques.Agility and personal adaptability with the ability to successfully manage multiple priorities with a high sense of urgency in a rapidly changing environment.Performs other duties as assigned by management.Requirements :
Extensive knowledge of landscape architectural design incorporating planting knowledge, detailing and methodologyProficient in 3D Modelling Software, 3D Rendering Software, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative SuiteAdeptness with leading design software packagesStrong understanding of space, materials, lighting, and how they work togetherHave a collaborative personality and be able to work / communicate with both internal team members and other Landscape Design teams.The ability to meet deadlines in a high-pressure environmentAble to see projects through from inception to productionUnderstanding of commonly used practices within the industryDisplay of multiple-tasking ability accompanied by sound judgmentDexterity to prioritize and manage tasks against deadlinesHigh level of organization and attention to detailQualifications :
No Educational restriction, but fundamental understanding of Landscape Architectural, Architectural Design or Design Related Field is required0 – 5 years of experience in the related fieldStrong foundation in art and compositionProficient in 3D Modelling Software, 3D Rendering Software, and Adobe Creative SuitesShowcase examples of 3D perspective rendering work (using any software)Independent but good team playerResponsible, Passionate and eager to embrace new working methodologiesLandscape Planting Knowledge, experience in 3D Animation and / or Generative AI are advantageous
