Job description

Description

Monitor any new / change of relevant laws and regulations of relevant regulators (e.g. NCB, OIC, AMLO, BOT and etc.).
Provide compliance advice to business units on their operations to comply with the laws and regulations.
Provide compliance advice to business units to establish / update policy to comply with the laws and regulations.
Provide compliance advice to support Nissan Leasing business.
Under supervision of supervisor to coordinate with Nissan's Global Compliance Team and convey any policies or instructions to company.
Prepare and update Compliance Report of all compliance issues and follow up relevant parties for the actions to solve the issue and report to supervisor in weekly basis.
Contact regulators for any compliance matter / issue upon delegation.
Provide compliance advice to business units to assess, manage, and mitigate their compliance risks.
Any ad hoc upon request.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law, especially in corporate, financial, and business laws

At least 6 years’ experience in compliance, corporate legal, and / or law firms, lawyer license preferred

Understand or experienced in business act, credit information act, consumer protection act, anti-bribery act, privacy act, and anti-money laundering act are preferred

Familiar with automotive business or automotive leasing business would be advantage

Mature, energetic, positive attitude, adaptable, fast response with result-driven

Strong business acumen, service-minded, well-organized with detail-oriented person

Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills

Good command in English conversation

Good command in Microsoft Office; Word, Excel, PowerPoint
