and Responsibilities Supervises directs and coordinates the activities of the Bell Service staffs in providing the proper, courteous manner to all Hotel guests. Ensure the smooth movement of all guest luggage to dispatch swiftly and accurately. Attend to guest calls / requests or complaints. Oversee the smooth flow of traffic at the main driveway and entrance of the hotel. Maintain a logbook record of follow-ups, guest requests and complaints and activities of Bell Service personnel. Job Requirements
1. Diploma or Bachelor degree in any discipline.
2. Minimum of 2 years in Front Office or Bell Service experience in a similar capacity.
3. Have good English communication skills both in written and spoken
4. Posses professional disposition with good communication and interpersonal skills
