Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation.
- Conducting market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to create and execute integrated marketing plans, including digital marketing, content marketing, advertising, and events.
- Creating and managing marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, sales materials, and website content.
- Managing and optimizing digital marketing channels, including website, social media, email, and online advertising.
- Monitoring and reporting on marketing campaign performance, tracking key metrics, and providing insights for continuous improvement.
- Coordinating trade shows, conferences, and other marketing events, including logistics, booth setup, and promotional materials.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with external vendors and agencies, ensuring timely and quality deliverables.
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and marketing best practices to drive innovation and competitive advantage.
- Collaborating with sales teams to support lead generation, lead nurturing, and sales enablement activities.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.Proven experience in marketing roles, preferably in a B2B or industrial environment.Solid understanding of marketing principles, techniques, and best practices.Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas.Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, content management systems, and analytics tools.Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.Strong analytical skills to interpret data and metrics and make data-driven marketing decisions.Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.Knowledge of filtration or related industries would be a plus.
