With the fast-changing landscape in education and the rapid evolution to digital, McGraw Hill has an exciting opportunity for a Customer Success Consultant  based in Bangkok, Thailand joining our very successful Asia Digital Success team. We are seeking a natural self-starter, someone who is both detail-oriented and customer focused, continuously improving student, instructor, and institutional teaching / learning experiences through McGraw Hill’s premium digital products and services.

The Digital Learning Consultant is tasked with driving deeper digital usage with customers by delivering world class digital implementation training and support that will ensure successful implementation and digital sales growth.

Your contribution to the team includes :

  • Working closely and supporting existing customers – students, teachers, and Higher Education institutional leaders - to leverage our market-leading digital learning solutions.
  • Creating customer value and growing revenue. You will do this by effectively analysing customer needs, recommending the most appropriate digital solutions, and provide personalized implementation plans and support, both for new customers, and existing customers not currently using our digital solutions.
  • Maintaining and growing existing digital customer relationships by ensuring a positive customer experience through implementation and support with effective training of McGraw Hill digital products.
  • Effectively using Salesforce. Tracking sales status updates, logging all cases and tasks to ensure internal visibility of activities, and utilising “Chatter” to ensure key customer information is recorded.
  • Building strong and trusted internal relationships with Education Consultants (sales reps), Sales Managers, Product Marketing teams and the wider Digital Success team.

What you’ll need to be successful :

  • Related experience, which could include, working with customers in educational publishing, educational technology, pre-and post-sales support, teaching and / or providing training.
  • The ability to give clear precise instructions that are readily understandable by non-technical users.
  • Strong presentation skills and experience presenting to a group is an advantage.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and move them forward to completion within defined timelines.
  • Proficiency in the Thai language is required.
