Job Description

• Develop and execute internal finance procedures, adhering to Group policies.
• Ensure site activities comply with finance-related procedures and internal controls.
• Participate in financial forecasting and budget processes.
• Manage data consolidation and reporting for financial information.
• Update and maintain information in the ERP System.
• Analyze variance and standard costs, contributing to plant budgetary control.
• Collaborate with the Shared Service Center for finance-related information.
• Manage the plant's operating cash flow, including capex and inventories.
• Participate in validating Business Plans for new programs.
• Monitor program start-ups and track variances against business plans.
• Lead financial aspects of convergence plans related to plant activities.

The Successful Applicant

• Business School or Engineering background with a Finance degree or Master degree in Finance.
• 3 to 7 years of professional experience, including plant-level controlling.
• Familiarity with Industrial Information Systems and Flows.
• Automotive and SAP knowledge is a plus.
• Strong accounting knowledge.
• Business-minded and a team player.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Good in English.
