1.Plan and manage the implementation of the ThaiBev Core Values organizational value building project to create awareness, understanding and participation of employees. Including promoting and pushing employees at all levels to have working behavior in accordance with the guidelines of ThaiBev Core Values.2.Follow up and evaluate various projects. Under the operations of the Organizational Culture and Change Management Department3.Provide advice and consultation on various issues. Related to organizational culture management and change for executives and employees4.Implementing, planning and managing changes in the relevant areas related to human resource management. due to organizational restructuring, business expansion plans (M&A) and challenges from the business environment. There is a project to build employee engagement. In order for employees to understand, accept and be able to adapt to such changes.5.Plan and prepare strategic plans and operational plans related toa. Strengthening organizational values and managing change as well as creating employee engagement with the organizationb. Career management and development as well as developing employee potential and planning strategies for managing and developing organizational competenciesc. Administration and management of knowledge in the organization as well as creating a learning culture in the organization6.Manage, follow up, give advice, and provide feedback in relation to agencies under the Organization Development Office, namely the Change Management Division. and the career advancement management section
