Job Description :

Conceptual design presentation which include mood board, 3D modeling, photoshop renderings, CAD drawings, image research, material selections, FF&E selections, and other job-related duties as assigned.
Perform construction administration services including RFI responses, submittal reviews, field reports, punch list review and interpreting the contract documents to ensure the design intent is met.
Work closely with your design team and studio at large, to promote a culture of design excellence and creativity.
As part of the team, prepare complete designs to meet the clients program, quality objectives, project constraints as well as SOHO brand of design, with limited supervision required.
Reviewing all documents to ensure they incorporate the design intent.

Qualifications

At least 6 + years of post-graduate design experience in high-end, conceptually driven interior design.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and InDesign)

Strong knowledge of FF&E, materials, furnishings, standards, and specifications.

Demonstrate strong conceptual approach to design and persuasive presentation skills.

Creativity and Flexibility.

Time-management skills.
