Your tasks
To development and processing of all airfreight related businesses of [cluster Mekong] be-ing
- Domestic / national and international airfreight transports
- Consolidations, de-consolidations and direct shipments
- Full-charter as well as part-charter of aircraft of all kinds
- Regular truck transportation (pre / on-carriage) between the branches of the DB Schenker network, the customer locations and the airports involved
- Any value adding service related to the airfreight service ( documentation, customs clearance, insurance etc.)
- Combined air / ocean transports / products (in joint responsibility with functional area Ocean Freight)

For the economic performance and target achievement of Cluster / Country Air FreightNegotiates with preferred and non-preferred air carrier in framework of DB Schenker corporate and regional preferred carrier strategyDefines the local business requirements for DB Schenker corporate IT systems / solutions and local airfreight related master dataManages the cluster / country business development funds following regional directivesTaking HR decisions related to Branch Air Freight managers with matrix reporting line in close cooperation with the MD of the respective legal entity and HRRequirements
University degree or above, preferably in management or equivalent qualificationsAir freight forwarding experience requiredExperience managing Air P&L and full operations preferredAn extremely high level of business acumen, as well as exceptional financial planning, critical thinking, communication, delegation, diversity management, leadership, decision-making, and influencing skills are required.Results orientated, ability to attract, develop, and motivate others, and serve as a leader in change are required.Must have extensive background or exposure to business processes.Excellent verbal and written communications skillsOur offer
