Job Summary
and Responsibilities
To supervise cleaning personnel; to inspect guest rooms, service apartment, to ensure cleanliness in all public access areas including offices, outlets, rest-rooms, to report rooms ready for occupancy after cleaning, and to manage the supply and distribution of all linens and uniforms. Suggest and develop own training programs to improve efficiency, productivity and performance. Maintain a worksheet to record rooms inspected daily, assignments for housemen, special projects, guest room status, maintenance deficiencies and significant events and activities during shift.
Job Requirements
1. At least High Vocational diploma in any relevant discipline
2. Minimum of 2 years in Housekeeping / Janitorial experience
3. Knowledgeable in Housekeeping operation and cleaning methods
4. Have good English communication skills both in written and spoken
5. Detail-oriented and posses pleasant personality with good communication and interpersonal skills
