Responsibilities

Strategic Support :

  • Data analysis to build strategy & business cases
  • Demand Space mapping, cohort understanding & immersions, cultural & category insights into actionability
  • Innovation & Hopper NPD Development & stage gate project management
  • White space analysis w / size of prize and new opportunities to fit

Creative Leadership :

  • Brand Positioning alignment across common markets – with repositioning and relaunch if required
  • Creative development of common creative platform & updating of Brand Book / VIS
  • Packaging development across markets w / consistent Distinctive Assets & Claims
  • Brand Execution :

  • Partner with local teams for campaign execution – briefing, creative review & feedback, creative development, media planning & activations
  • Monitor & measure campaign effectiveness against KPIs, capture key learnings & ROI
  • Adopt, cascade & deploy successes from other markets for rapid implementation
  • Qualifications

  • Strategic Capability – multi brand & market portfolio planning, actionable insights, data mining, trend capturing & deployment
  • Innovation expertise – strong experience in leading large scale end to end innovation projects
  • Creative Effectiveness – ability to turn consumer centric insight into actionable and effective creative campaign solutions that elevate both short and long term brand measures
  • Commercial Minded – sound commercial experience to drive P&L deliverables for business partners
  • Team Player – takes others on the journey; ability to manage, influence cross functional teams & stakeholders
