JOB DESCRIPTIONS :

  • Manage a team of 10-15 employees working directly on-site. Provide consultation and planning strategies for the team that follow the rules regulations of the building.
  • Prepare the daily – monthly – yearly planning both in budgeting and in renovation and improvement for the building. Inspect the work quality of all the departments working in the building and ensure the high standard of work in each aspect.
  • Coordinate will all departments and sub-contractors and ensure the level of work is at the standards that have been set by both the committee and co-owners. Inspect the daily management and operations of each sub-contractor, conduct meetings, issue warnings and other measures for improvement as needed.
  • Be the liaison between the co-owners, committee, and other related parties and conduct / attend meetings as needed.
  • Conduct the daily review of account receivables and payables. Monitor the daily deposits of payments and overseeing coordination with the head office accounting team for the processing of free debt letters and other documents related to accounting.
  • Manage the petty cash of the building within the rules and regulations of the building for usage and authorization.
  • Prepare, manage and ensure that all documents of the co-owners, sub-contractors or other documents related to the building are up to date and filed accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Prepare, manage and conduct all committee meetings, providing the agenda, meeting minutes following and other management procedures as needed.
  • Prepare, manage and support for the conduction of the annual general meetings with the co-owners, providing all the documentation, presentation and support required to ensure a successful event.
  • Support with the communications related to government departments for the building, such as registration of Juristic Persons Manager, committee members, coordination between water municipality, electricity, and land departments as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Thai nationality only, age between 30-45 years old.
  • Bachelor's degree in any fields.
  • 3 years’ experience in property management; High-rise residential condominium is a must.
  • Good command of English communication both spoken and written.
  • Able to work well under pressure.
