- Knowledge of Inspector from manufactuer or trained by Bond Strand & Fiber bond products.
- Track record experience at least 3-years in FRB inspection and survey
- Valid abseiling certificate IRATA Level 1 for high point inspection & IRATA Level 111 for Rope Access (Certification provided by Hailin based on evaluation)
