INTERIOR ARCHITECT

Job description : - Handle interior architect works :

• Work with senior interior designer and team to develop the concept and assist the team in various task
• Assist in preparing the presentation and documentation based on the direction of the senior designer
• Under supervision, make updates, and changes to existing drawings and designs
• Assist the senior designer to develop space planning, elevations and details that illustrate the design intent and use of materials- Follow up construction and installation stage, attend the site meeting when required, and review elements of the construction and furnishing placement to ensure compliance with the design intent- Liaise with suppliers and contractors- Setting schedules and managing assigned projects.- Involve discussing and finalizing client requirements and collaborating with other professional consultancies, such as architects, landscape, lighting designers, engineers, and surveyors.- Coordinate with all concerned parties in any parts such as project meeting, material selection, site inspection, and etc. in order to reach the project achievement including email correspondencesQualification : - At least 2 years experience in an Architects / Interior Design firm.- Be able to work under pressure and complete tasks on time- Flexible working time- Strong knowledge of the material, specification, and / or architecture interior industries- Strong knowledge of AUTOCAD, SKETCHUP and Photoshop
