คำบรรยายลักษณะงานCreate production plans and coordinate with factories to prepare production capacity in line with sales targets. Gather production requirements for each product item by month and model, and coordinate with both domestic and overseas factories to ensure timely delivery of products. Conduct meetings with factories and adjust plans to align with sales forecasts. Conduct PSI meetings with factories. PSI and target follow-up. Manage product supply for each sales channel to achieve sales targets. Prepare monthly report summaries. Bachelor of Marketing and more than 5 years of marketing experience. Proficiency in computer program (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SAP, etc.) Good command in English with written and spoken. Presentation and Analysis skills.

As a Section Marketing Manager, you'll developing and managing business and sales plans, coordinating production with factories, and ensuring timely product delivery to meet sales targets and profitability goals.
Job Responsibilities
Business Plan & Sales Plan :
- Develop annual and monthly sales plans for each product category.
- Analyze and set sales targets by product category.
- Evaluate budget, expenses, and manage profits to achieve targets and desired profitability.
- Prepare cost reports, revenue reports, and profit evaluations by product group and sales channel.
