Landscape Designer

Responsibilities :

To lead in design development, documentation and contract administration.

Undertaking projects and co-ordinating on all design matters

Design of site plans, CAD layout, elevation and detailed drawings.

Well versed in technical knowledge, construction details and drawings.

Familiar with authority submission, project management, co-ordination and on-site construction supervision and statutory submission for Thailand projects.

Requirements : Thai nationality.

• A recognized professional degree, Bachelors / Masters, in Landscape Architecture or equivalent;
• 3-5 years of professional experience in relevant field; including concept design and implementation stages;
• Fluent in verbal and written communication in English- Strong design visualization skills and communication skills;
• Good interpersonal skills, collaboration and coordination skills;

Proficient in Adobe CS (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop etc), 3D, ACAD, Microsoft Office and related software to visualise, communicate, organise and document project deliverables.
