Your mission, roles and responsibilities

• Ensure all financial related procedures compliance Develop, execute, and control internal finance proceduresEnsure site activities are compliant with Forvia procedures (product flow, inventory, routings, …), and internal control basics
• Provide reliable financial / controlling information  Participate in forecasting processes (budget, periodic forecast, …)Manage data consolidation reporting ensuring reliability, consistency, transparency, and delay complianceEnsure reliability of standard costingProvide all necessary controlling analysis including variance analysis / standard costs, margin / programs / customer, plant budgetary control, squeeze management and follow up of sales and purchasing prices, …Collaborate with Shared Service Center obtaining / providing / validating proper finance information including detailed Balance Sheet reviewsContribute to provide the economic justification of investments, ensure their follow up, and optimize the cash aspectAssist Controller with month end closing process and month end reporting.
• Participate in the profitability and cash improvement actions (capex, capex, inventories, overdues and working capital) In liaison with Shared Service Center provide all necessary information requested by internal and external auditors, and others local external authorities including adhoc support related to tax report and audit.Commitment to the highest ethical standards and willingness to adhere to Faurecia’s Code of Ethics and Code of Management.

Your profile and competencies to succeed

Minimum education level : Bachelor’s degree Accounting / Finance or related fields.

Experience : 1 to 3 years of experience in costing / business analysis and Assistant Controller experience a plus
