Maintenance Activity Management

• To support the management of maintenance activity in factory to ensure the availability of machine and to minimize down time Maintenance Activity Improvement
• To define on development and improvement of maintenance system through TPM implementation and put spare under control and to support the management, control and improvement of maintenance base cost to meet target Improvement on Manufacturing Process
• To support deployment of lean manufacturing and six sigma in factory and direction or industrial operation plan including assignment in order to achieve factory objective Develop Skills and Personal Management
• To coordinate, manage, support and execute with industrial engineering team and other departments to meet factory objective. Perform as model of leadership around Schneider Electric Principle To Support the Cross Functional Project
• Six Sigma, KIM and etc. Qualifications Qualifications - External
• Bachelor / Master degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
• 3 Year in Maintenance Engineering function
• Mechanical / Automation skill experts the knowledge and ability to design, create, develop and manage machines and systems
• PLC programming to designs, maintains and troubleshoots machines. able to identify and provide reliable solutions for all technical issues
• Expert skill engineering analysis problem in process
• Good knowledge on maintenance system (TPM)
• Good knowledge in manufacturing system (KAIZEN)
• Good command in English
