JOB DESCRIPTIONS :
- Report directly to Building Manager.
- Coordinate with co-owner, completed handover the unit.
- Answer enquiries and coordinate for co-owner after completed handover the unit in defect issue.
- Response complaint and enquiries for co-owner.
- Coordinate and follow up with responsible person or department and report to co-owner.
- Inform responsible person and co-owner, follow up and maintain up-to-date status of sub-contractor task.
- Check, manage and maintain an up-to-date client key card.
- Manage and prepare co-owner / tenant telephone request report for Building Manager.
- Any other assigned works, if any.
QUALIFICATIONS :
Female, age between 22-35 years old.Bachelor’s degree is acceptable.Experience in Customer Service, Receptionist or Guest Service Agent is preferred.Good appearance and personality.Well-grooming and service minded.Good command of English both written and spoken.Able to work 6 days per week.New graduates are welcome.
