Overview

We are seeking a skilled and proactive FX Dealer to join our client's growing Trading & Dealing Desk team within a dynamic FX & CFDs brokerage.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing trades, managing liquidity, optimizing risk exposure, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the dealing desk.

This is an excellent opportunity for an individual passionate about financial markets with a keen understanding of FX trading, risk management, and market dynamics.

What will you do : Trading & Execution

  • Execute and monitor order flows, ensuring timely and accurate trade execution on electronic trading platforms.
  • Optimize spreads and manage price quotations in response to real-time market changes.
  • Monitor and hedge company-level exposures in accordance with internal guidelines and risk parameters.

Risk Management & Monitoring

  • Continuously monitor client exposures and manage overall risk levels aligned with company policies.
  • Analyze client trading behavior to detect abnormal or suspicious patterns and proactively mitigate risk.
  • Identify and assess market opportunities while maintaining robust risk controls.

    • Market Analysis & Reporting

  • Stay updated on FX market trends, geopolitical developments, and macroeconomic factors impacting currency markets.
  • Prepare detailed reports on FX exposure, trading performance, and risk metrics for management review.

    • Collaboration & System Optimization

  • Work closely with IT and platform teams to ensure optimal trading platform performance and continuous enhancement of client experience.
  • Liaise with other internal stakeholders (Compliance, Risk, Operations) to support a seamless trading environment.

    • Who are we looking for :

  • BSc / MSc in Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Engineering, or a relevant discipline.
  • CySEC certification or CFA qualification is highly desirable.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in dealing or risk management within the Forex / CFDs brokerage industry.
  • Strong understanding of FX markets, trading platforms (MT4 / MT5, cTrader), and liquidity management.
  • Solid grasp of trading strategies, order book dynamics, and risk management techniques.
  • Proficient in advanced Excel; familiarity with CRM systems and trading platform integrations is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Willingness to work on a shift rotation schedule (including weekends, where applicable).
