About the Job / School

On the Mark Education is hiring native English speaking teachers to fill various teaching positions at our public schools in Bangkok and other cities which enrolls both male and female students from kindergarten to high school levels. All teaching materials are supplied in digital format on a notebook computer or iPad: Interactive Whiteboard and pre-made PowerPoints. Students are taught all subjects using English as the medium of instruction.

SCIENCE TEACHER WILL BE TEACHING:
Science for grades 7 to 9
Biology for grade 10
Chemistry for grade 11
Physics for grade 12

MATHS TEACHER WILL BE TEACHING:
Pre-Algebra for grade 7
Algebra for grade 8
Geometry for grade 9
Trigonometry for grade 10
Pre-Calculus for grade 11
Calculus for grade 12

ENGLISH TEACHER WILL BE TEACHING:
Language Arts for grades 1 to 6
English Literature & Grammar for grades 7 to 12

Work Schedule:
Subject teachers (Science & math & English) will be teaching 15 to 20 hours a week.
English teachers will be teaching 20 to 25 hours a week.
Teachers will teach 5 days a week with weekends off. Working day which runs from 7:30 AM to 4 PM from Monday to Friday.

Requirements

  • Native English speaker
  • Bachelor’s degree (must be authenticated by embassy)
  • TEFL certificate or CELTA
  • Clean background check
  • PowerPoint skill is required

Compensation Package

  • 35,300 – 40,300 baht monthly salary
  • BUPA medical and dental insurance paid
  • At least 32,000 baht contract completion bonus
  • 2 weeks paid vacation
  • All Thai government holidays off with pay (13-15 days annually)
  • Assistance with visa extension and in obtaining a Non-B visa
    (Teacher must provide proper documentation-Original degree/TEFL/Police clearance)
  • Work permit and teacher’s license paid for
