• Job Description

  - Inspect product appearance, dimensions, and functions to ensure they meet standards.
  - Check for defective products in the production process and analyze the causes.
  - Monitor quality standards on the production line.
  - Propose and implement solutions when problems occur.
  - Investigate the causes of defects and develop improvement plans.
  - Work with other departments to improve product quality.
  - Manage quality standards based on international regulations (ISO, etc.) and customer requirements.
  - Create and update internal quality manuals and procedures.
  - Handle internal and external audits (customer and certification body audits).
  - Analyze quality data and prepare reports.
  - Manage and guide a team of 30 employees to ensure smooth operations. Involve in performance evaluations and career development.
