PSA BDP serves over 5, customers, including some of the world's leading multinational companies within the chemical, retail & consumer, life sciences & pharmaceuticals, and electric vehicle & industrial verticals.

Responsibilities:
- Handle and provide the shipping schedule of Export shipment for specific customers.
- Reserve space of vessel to meet as order requires.
- Coordination with transporter, warehouse and freight forwarder/carrier agent.
- Solve the problem happening for order on hand.
- Check Invoice(Freight bill) from third parties and send to customer.
- Do the system entry and prepare for reports

Exemption Type Exempt (Salaried) Job Requirements

Qualifications:
· Diploma or Bachelor or Master Degree
· Minimum 4-5 years working experience in logistics forwarder, and/or as direct shipper or exporter
· Computer literate in Excel, Word, Power Point, etc
· Fluent in English (Reading, Speaking and Writing)
· Strong interpersonal, communications skills, Good team player and Hard working
· Knowledge and experience in SAP and LC is an advantage
· Positive thinking
