Mold Manufacturing Engineer

1. Lead the development and manufacturing of new mold insert spare parts in the precision machining workshop.
2. Plan and prioritization mold insert spare part manufacturing to ensure on-time delivery quality and compliance.
3. Provide continuous improvement in mold manufacturing process and develop technician competency.
4. Lead and monitor expenses cost consumable and identify cost-saving opportunities in tool workshop.
5. Lead activity/ workshop to improve quality and safety topics.

Qualifications :

1. Bachelors degree in Mold & Die engineer/ Industrial Engineering / Mechanical Engineering or related fields
2. 5 years of experience in mold manufacturing.
3. Advance knowledge for precision machining process EDM HSM Wire cut Grinding Laser welding
4. Knowledge new insert spare part making and mold tool repair process.
5. Able to us 3D NX CAD/CAM Solid work Inventer
6. Root cause analysis Problem solving
7. Good command in both Thai and English
