Roles and Responsibilities
1. Production Planning
- Plan production with complete required information, including PM/SM, PM cost, FG Standard, PV, and PnP before planning.
- Ensure no FG is scheduled for production without PM/SM, regardless of whether the issue comes from the co‑packer, MSO, or supplier.
- When issues arise, provide a clear explanation of the root cause along with corrective actions.
- Plan and coordinate production trials with the R&D and SUIT teams to support business needs.
- Communicate production plans clearly to the Shift Leader.
2. Capacity Planning
- Develop weekly, monthly, and quarterly capacity plans.
- Coordinate with the Talent Center regarding manpower requirements.
- Work closely with MSO on Demand and the plan for transferring SM FG from 3Ps into co‑packer ULT and MSO.
3. Stock Control
- Review PM and SM FG stock daily with Shift Leaders to ensure accuracy.
- If discrepancies occur, make corrections directly to prevent further issues (, inability to book FG receipts).
- Create QEWO and Work Orders when stock or production issues are found.
4. Master Data Management
- Prepare FG Standards, PV, and other Master Data completely prior to production planning.
- Prevent issues such as “production assigned but cannot be produced,” which may impact manufacturing space.
5. Production Performance Monitoring
- Review production Output and OR; if below plan, identify root causes and propose corrective actions.
- Maintain OR ≥ 95% weekly.
6. Coordination & Support
- Prepare and submit SM FG and PM withdrawal plans for Shift Leaders to follow.
- Coordinate and support Shift Leaders, Linfox, and CCS to ensure smooth operations.
- Act as the team leader for quarterly and annual stock counts.
7. Other Supporting Responsibilities
- Train team members in forklift driving and assist with forklift license renewals.
- Conduct mid-year and year-end performance evaluations for Shift Leaders and participate fairly in QC Daily evaluations.
- Support other tasks as assigned to contribute to a culture aligned with Unilever behaviors and to promote a positive work environment.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain and Logistics or related fields.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Good coordination skills; able to work with multiple stakeholders.
- Able to train and renew forklift licenses for the co‑packer team (must be certified to drive).
- Able to write and communicate in English at a working level.
- Experience in manufacturing, production planning, or supply chain is an advantage.
