Internship program
[Open Role]Get Off the Bench and Into the Game!
Are you looking for an internship where your voice actually matters? At Decathlon, we don't believe in "fetching coffee." We believe in empowering the next generation of leaders.
We are looking for a motivated, curious, and proactive Intern (Any Field) to join our team. You will be on the front lines, contributing to real-world projects that impact both our Decathlon initiatives and your own Personal Projects.

Dual Focus: We support your growth. You’ll spend time on Decathlon projects while also receiving support for your own personal development goals.
Mentorship: Get direct access to senior leadership and hands-on guidance from experts who want to see you succeed.

Background: Current student or recent grad from any field of study. We value diverse perspectives!
The "Soft" Skills: You are organized, eager to learn, and—most importantly—not afraid to ask "Why?"
