The division ‘Electrified Motion’ operates in a fast-paced and innovative environment full of exciting tasks. The recent start of e-mobility production in Thailand has demonstrated an outstanding collaboration, dedication, and a true ‘make it happen spirit’ - driving the future of sustainable mobility. As an intern, you'll actively contribute to project management purchasing in a highly evolving, international supply chain, working closely with cross-functional teams and global customers and suppliers, like EV manufacturers.You will gain firsthand project purchasing management experience in project coordination, stakeholder communication and operational support in electrified powertrain solutions for e-machines and eAxle systems. Under expert guidance you will take full ownership of selected tasks to develop both your purchasing and project management skills. The ideal candidate is a confident communicator with strong self-awareness, highly motivated, and eager to build a career in an international environment. If you’re passionate about mobility and eager to take on responsibility in a challenging environment - this is your chance to make a difference. *Job Description* • Maintain and develop Power BI Dashboards • Coordinate supplier communication • Prepare contracts and legal documents (non-disclosure agreements) • Prepare presentations for internal and external meetings • Participate in supplier calls and on-site visits • Participate in technical discussions with suppliers • Support new customer projects • Support in workshop preparation *Qualifications* • Must be enrolled in an accredited university • Availability of minimum 6 months, target start date July • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) • Experience with PowerBI is a strong plus • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Proficient level of English skills, Chinese would be a strong bonus • Self-directed and able to work without supervision • Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas
