Senior Manager, International Sales

We are looking for a Senior Manager, International Sales to drive global export sales growth for RLC and VRF products. This role serves as the primary contact for international customers, manages key accounts, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to achieve sales and profitability targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales performance to achieve revenue and Gross Margin (GM) targets.

• Manage relationships with global customers and key accounts.

• Act as the primary contact for customer inquiries, requests, factory visits, and escalations.

• Monitor order fulfillment and coordinate internally to secure revenue realization.

• Support forecasting, pricing, quotations, and pipeline development.

• Partner with Engineering, Finance, and Operations teams to resolve issues and capture business opportunities.

• Analyze sales performance, customer trends, and market opportunities to support business growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.

• Experience in international sales, export business, account management, or technical sales.

• Strong customer-facing, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data for business decisions.

• Experience working with cross-functional and global teams across multiple time zones.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
