Wood is currently recruiting for a Pre-Startup Safety Reviews (PSSR) to join our team for a large-scale challenging construction project. • Minimum 10 years’ experience in:Commissioning and startupRefinery or petrochemical projects
• Proven experience in:Leading PSSR activitiesStartup of major process systemsBrownfield project execution
• Strong knowledge of:Process Safety Management (PSM)International standards (., OSHA PSSR principles, API, IEC)
• Prior leadership and team management experience
• Strong leadership and decision-making capability
• In-depth understanding of process safety principles
• Ability to manage high-risk and time-critical environments
• Effective stakeholder management (owner, operations, safety)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills under pressure
