• Job Description

  This position is within the sales department, so it involves a strong sales element, such as coordinating delivery dates with clients.
  Therefore, we are looking for someone with more sales-oriented experience.
  
  [Customer Service & Delivery Management]
  - Receive customer orders and enter data into the system.
  -Coordinate delivery schedules according to customer requirements.
  - Provide customers with updates on order progress and delivery status.
  - Resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
  
  [Internal Coordination]
  - Coordinate with factories regarding production planning and inventory management.
  - Work closely with the Export Team to ensure smooth export operations.
  
  [Documentation]
  - Prepare invoices and packing lists accurately and in compliance with company procedures.
  - Support the preparation of other related documents as required.
  
  [Other Duties]
  - Perform tasks assigned by management.
  - Provide support to team members and departmental activities.
