Human Resources Director

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the full spectrum of HR functions including Talent Acquisition Compensation & Benefits HR Operations Employee Relations Performance Management Learning & Development and Workforce Planning.
• Drive the design and transformation of the organizations HR framework to support the transition from a clinic to a hospital including organizational structure job architecture job descriptions grading salary structures and career development pathways.
• Develop strategic manpower plans for both clinical and non-clinical workforce covering physicians nurses dentists pharmacists medical technologists support functions and operational teams.
• Establish effective talent acquisition employer branding and retention strategies to attract and retain high-quality healthcare professionals in a competitive market.
• Develop and implement HR policies employee handbook onboarding framework performance management systems compensation frameworks and HR processes to support sustainable organizational growth.
• Act as a strategic HR business partner to executive management and department heads providing HR insights and solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Lead organizational change management initiatives and ensure readiness in terms of people culture systems and processes for the successful transformation into a hospital operation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience with proven leadership experience at Senior HR Manager Head of HR or HR Director level.
• Solid experience within hospitals healthcare organizations or clinics is essential.
• Strong expertise in Talent Acquisition Compensation & Benefits HR policy development workforce planning employee relations and performance management.
• Proven track record in establishing or transforming HR systems including organization design salary structure grading framework recruitment processes performance management HR policies and HRIS implementation.
• Hands-on leadership style with the ability to build and improve HR foundations in a fast-growing and evolving organization.
• Strong communication influencing stakeholder management and change management skills with the ability to work effectively with C-level executives and cross-functional leaders.
